The reason why I don't like it is because I haven't recieved it 🤣 where is my order?
Received mine just today, I find it so cute and classy. Excited to wear it, definitely gonna order again sometime.
After placing an order, I have been sending emails (which keep bouncing back), sent messages through the website and DMs to the IG account but no reply or whatsoever, no shipping details were given as well even if expected delivery date was supposed to be last week, feels like a scam and I’m really not sure why I am receiving an email to rate my order when I have received nothing
The materials used seem to be of high quality. However, the chain is too long for my neck.

I placed an order last July 11 and got the confirmation same day. I was so excited with my order, because I read that they receive very good reviews. it looks really nice as its a personalized necklace and suits the person I’m about to give it to.
It says that it will take 10-12 days for it do be delivered which gives me ample time as the person whom I will be giving it to will leave the Philippines July 22. I followed up last July 19 and they did not respond. July 24 when they told me that the disc was out of stock, at the same time the person Im about to give this to already left so I replied back to Hello Amelie that I no longer needed the item and wishes to cancel it instead as they dont have the stocks at the time. July 29 when LBC texted me an item was for delivery and I told them it has been canceled. Another delivery team informed me last August 6, same item was about to be delivered and again I informed them that it has been canceled a long time ago.
I understand that it was a personalized item and should be received by the person who ordered,and cannot be sold to other costumer. On the other hand, I hope that your company knows how to informed us about the status of the item requested. You shouldn’t be putting information on your website about the waiting time which you cannot commit or shouldv’e informed your costumer as to what went wrong and explained the delay. You should strengthen your communication team to avoid this kind of inconveniences.
I loved it at first but the lock turned black after using it for a week or so.. i was expecting a better quality for its price..
Can you please put the materials that were used in making the necklace? So purchasers can determine if it is hypo-allergenic or not.
