We are shipping from Manila, Philippines


All items are packaged carefully in a beautiful local handcrafted box ready to be given as a gift : )


Items are shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment has cleared.


We will ship to the address on your order . Please make sure your address is correct and "safe" to receive items. Moreover, such address must be serviceable by our logistics partner.





S H I P P I N G  P O L I C I E S:


We send our packages through DHL e-Commerce Asia. From Manila, Philippines, packages then go to Singapore or any other DHL hub for rerouting to their international destinations.


STANDARD SHIPPING from Manila via DHL e-Commerce

Estimated Delivery time: 5-10 business days after being shipped.

But some country may take longer than that due to strict custom inspection (ex.South America, Russia and Eastern Europe, etc.)


Please allow a couple of days for tracking updates.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING: DHL Express International

Estimated Delivery time: 3-5 business days after being shipped.

DHL Express is strongly recommended for over $100 orders. We require recipient’s phone number.


This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or in climate weather condition.


Once in the destination country, please note that the packages are handled by the country's post office, NOT DHL.


If in 3 weeks, your package is not with you, kindly use the tracking number to follow up with your country's post office.


*Import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees are not included in the item price. You are responsible for paying any additional charges customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office to inquire about these charges


*Packages that are refused due to customs and duty fees will NOT be refunded.

INELIGIBLE REFUND


The following items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange:

- Earrings (for hygienic reasons)

- Items which were modified, customized and/or altered according to your specifications

- Custom orders

- Items damaged or altered while in your care (wear and tear)

- Items past its return date

- Delayed shipping that is NOT over 5weeks.


Returns & exchanges

In the event you need to exchange/return an item, exchanges and returns are accepted on merchandise that is in original, undamaged condition within 5days from the date of delivery with the reason of exchange/return form.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
